Princess Christian
Nursing Home a hundred years later, April 2005, boarded up and
awaiting planning permission to convert to flats.
The building remained
boarded up for an extended period and was then the subject of
some reconstruction work, including some inappropriate balconies,
until the developer went out of business. As of 2014 it seems
the building is once again being worked on.
